Salon Policies

We’re committed to creating a relaxing, elevated experience for every guest who visits our salon. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service and accommodate each appointment with care, we kindly ask that all guests review our salon policies before booking.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, as well as no-show appointments, will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service total. This policy allows us to honor the time reserved specifically for you and our team.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to enjoy your full service experience. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their service depending on the remaining appointment time and salon availability. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us stay on schedule for all guests.

Service Adjustments & Refund Policy

Because salon services are personalized and time-based, we do not offer refunds on completed services. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we always want you to feel confident leaving our salon. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review and make any appropriate adjustments if needed.

Guest Policy

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and ensure safety throughout the salon, we kindly ask that children and additional guests only accompany clients when receiving a scheduled service. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve a calm and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Hair Extension Consultations

All new extension guests are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking an installation appointment. This consultation allows us to discuss your hair goals, determine the best extension method for your hair, and create a customized plan tailored specifically to you. Extension pricing varies based on desired length, density, and method selection, and will be reviewed during your consultation.
